Find someone with a large vise mounted on a bench that's bolted to a wall. Clamp the tool in the vise, teeth up. Put the wheel on the tool (actually it's better to hold the tool on the freewheel with the axle) and do your best Ralph Kramden bus driver impression to twist the wheel off the freewheel. It takes a lot of torque- sometimes two people- to crack a freewheel loose.
