Need help diagnosing bike creaking.

I've been trying to chase down this creaking on my bike without success.
it seems like everything failed all at one time.

I currently have some creaking when i stand on the pedals and pedal. usually the creak occurs when my drive-side (right) pedal is at the 3 o'clock position.

bike is 2012 Cervelo R3

i have recently replaced a few parts.
1. Brand new seat post 3 weeks ago - fizik cryano
2. Brand new seat 1.5 months ago - specialized power pro
3. Brand new Bottom Bracket (cups/bearings) one week ago - Kogel PF30

things that i have tried.
replaced chainring bolts with new SS bolts and tightened to spec. problem persists
switched out my Quarq Elsa PM with my original FSA gossamer cranks. the problem persists
lubed the front wheel skewer. problem persists
switched out front wheel all together. problem persists
removed stem faceplate, cleaned, torqued screws to spec (applied loctite). problem persists
swapped out rear skewer. problem persists
removed, cleaned, and reattached pedals. problem persists.
dropped fork, and cleaned headset bearings. problem persists.

anyone with other ideas?

You said that you don't hear creaking when you're out of the saddle...so I doubt if it's the seat/seatpost. But, you did say that you replaced the bottom bracket..."cups/bearings"...so it's an older styple BB. When you mentioned all the nut/bolt torques that you checked you didn't mention that you checked the torque on the actual BB fittings.

Also...are you using clipless pedals? It could be that a cleat is lose or is worn and rubbing on the pedal.

with Cervelo, the BB is BBRight, so it's an asymmetric Press Fit.
there are no torque settings that i know of for that. But i had a bike shop install the BB for me.
i replaced the seat post b/c i had another problem with my old seat post, that cracked one of the clamps.
that was actually causing a creak from my saddle.
cny-bikeman, the BB is a Kogel bearing (https://kogelbearings.mysimplestore.com/products/pf30). I had it replaced because i was also tracking down a problem with a seized bearing.
the replacement fixed that.

Dan, i am using clipless pedals. I have speedplay X2 stainless steel pedals. i recently cleaned my cleats about 2 months ago.
that is, i removed the cleats, cleaned the screws and all moving parts, and reinstalled with loctite. but that was a part of my regular maintenance, and not prompted by me seeking out noise.
i could address those again.

anklework, is your response saying that the BB is not a good fit into the frame, or that the post is not the right fit for this forum?

Followup here for future searchers regarding PF and/or BBRight bottom bracket noise or bottom bracket creak or bottom bracket click tick. Ongoing "metronome tick" from BBRight / Rotor Crank on 2014 Cervelo R3 for over 1k miles began to inflict significant mental disorders (wife disputes root cause, but another story). Worst under heavy load, sometimes silent under very light loading.

Theories on chainring bolts, pedals, other drivetrain components, wheel / frame / seat / bar components all fruitless. Several standard maintenance jobs on BB also long-term ineffective. Finally, LBS mech fully reseated bb bearing set with Green Loctite 680. Blessed silence for last 200 miles - including extended standing climbs, gravel and a few "please don't flat" pothole hits. No tick, no creak. Has not yet gotten really wet, which I had always suspected as an "aggrivator," but results very compelling so far.

I'm glad I haven't had to drop $100-200 on upgrades or replacement parts at this point. LBS kindly delivered under "service for life" for bikes they sell. Another reason...

Current Link for Loctite 680

Hope this helps some future searcher
