nishiki custom sport.

One man is give me one road bike nishiki custom sport and tell me is wanted i make the bike good to ride again and tell me is want put 7 speeds brifters in that bike. The bike now have 5 speeds freewheel. Me even if i found 7 speeds brifters and wheels with 7 speeds freewheel if is fit the dropouts i not have measure yet the dropouts. My opinion is not worth to do that upgrades in so old bike what is your opinion, Is can be done all tthat upgrades and how much can cost

No, it's not likely worth it, but we're not going to figure out the cost for you - that's your job. If you don't know what's involved you should not be doing the work, especially for someone else. The bike should be perfectly ridable just by tuning it up, perhaps with some cable replacement.
