Shimano Ultegra 6700 rear derailleur jockey wheels
One of the jockey wheels is a sealed bearing on this Ulttegra read derailleur and spins freely but the (sealed?)-ceramic wheel does spin but not as well, is this common with ceramic and does this seem ok. Hard to say I guess from video, thoughts???

The ceramic bushing always seems a little slow. You can try dismantling the pulley and addin a little dry-lube to it after you clean out any gunk that has gotten trapped there.

The ceramic bushed guide pulley has a seal on each side which when dry or the dust cap is miss installed can produce a lot of friction. Otherwise the upper pulley has just a bit more then the lower pulley. Andy.
