Morgan Blue chain lube video
I found this video on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXGpYtwmIQ4 Does anyone do it like this? I don't get how that lubes the whole chain?

I use MB Syn almost exclusively now, and I've seen that vid....but I don't apply it that way (spoiler: most WorldTour mechanics don't either).
MB is very tacky, like the OEM oil on Shimano chains. You can glob it on and it won't drip. Applying it the way in the video, the oil will cling to the rings, cogs, pulleys, and 'carry over' to other parts of the chain.
That said, I just apply it in the traditional method. You don't need much at all. There's really no reason to apply it like that video.
