How it looks is immaterial as you can't tell cog wear from appearance unless it's extreme. The real test is will it run without skipping on a relatively new chain and you can't tell from any pictures. Frankly, new 7-speed cassettes are so inexpensive I would never buy a used one unless I was certain it had VERY low miles.

A few of the cogs' have worn teeth. You can see their sharper pulling edge tops compared to other cogs' top edges. Whether there's enough wear to cause a new chain to skip only a test will tell. Andy.

Looks like it's been ridden quite a bit in #4 and #5 . The plating and teeth are showing some wear. The other cogs look like they were used very little.
If you have a cassette you are looking to refresh and the #4 and #5 cogs are good, you might consider buying this one to use for parts.
The HG20 cassette linked by the other Poster is not the same grade as an HG70.

what kind of shifters are you using? if using friction shifters, why not upgrade to an 8 speed at the same cost? it is an easy swap.
