Needs some help with my RST Gilla Plus T5???
I have a had my bike for about 1 month and I know there has to be some sort of lube in the forks. Not too sure if this is something I need to add? If so what is the best and the best way to do it?

). How to add? No damn idea but I just squirt a little under those external rubber things and some on the lower part of the stanchions. Trial and error.
