Needs some help with my RST Gilla Plus T5???

I have a had my bike for about 1 month and I know there has to be some sort of lube in the forks. Not too sure if this is something I need to add? If so what is the best and the best way to do it?

It's a good idea to lube the fork. Visit your LBS and ask them to show you some good lubes; the guy at my LBS told me to get pretty much any "Teflon" lube. Anyway, I've noticed increased performance from the fork (RST Gila T5 ). How to add? No damn idea but I just squirt a little under those external rubber things and some on the lower part of the stanchions. Trial and error.
