It looks like components of the Shimano di2 can be had fairly inexpensively now, about the same as a tiagra system. The hub can be snagged for like 150 and the brifters close to 200.

And you also need the small parts, the electric motor shifting unit, and the lcd display unit which is another 150 or so.

Anyone have experience? Also, why isn't it all being sold together? Why is it being sold separately like that?
