24h hub 11 shimano

HI , i'm having a scott speedster Contessa 45 want to upgrade it with 6800 ultegra groupset ,

Bike have 24 spoke rear Syncros Rim , i'm searching for a shimano 11 speed compatible rear hub with 24h .. got an advice to check on novatec products ..

Any advice on which model to buy , also if in future i got a hydraulic brakes instead of currently installed rim brake ..
if i bough a disc hub from now , will it work with currently installed rim brakes ?

New frame/bike time, you can't fit disc brakes onto the frame (Scott Contessa 45) you have.

Going to take it that this is what you have SCOTT Sports - SCOTT Contessa Speedster 45 Bike the best you could do if you wanted hydraulic, is to go to SRAM Hydraulic Rim brakes

As noted above you will not be able to fit disc brakes to that frame/fork, but a disc hub will work with rim brakes.

There are some people who will lace 24 spokes onto a 36h hub.

Essentially lace 2 spokes, then skip a hole. The lacing pattern is stable.

That would open up quite a few possibilities.

NOt doing that , simply there's a novatec hub with 24h that works with shimano 10/11 speed .. scott in speedster line use similar hub "formula team brand" in speedseter 10 model with the cs-6800 ultegra casette - 11s
