Sun Cruz Headset Bearing Changeout
I am trying to change the upper bearings in a Sun Cruz. When we loosened and removed the Quill Stem, the nut stayed inside the tube. Just wondering how to remove the stuck nut. Thanks in advance

Stick a dowel in from the bottom of the headtube and push the nut out the top or just turn the bike upside down and shake. Next time just loosen the bolt and tap it on top to loosen the wedge without unthreading it completely.
