John, is this one of the recent 26" adult tricycle bikes in the Schwinn "big box" (Wal-Mart, etc.) model line? Do you know when it was made?
If it's a recent Meridian 26" Adult Tricycle, call toll free (800) 626-2811 for assistance and replacement parts.

I count a 36 hole, 26 inch rim.
It is just the rim and not the whole wheel?
Is the left rim any different from the right or front?
I would suspect that the rims were all the same and what you would need to find is simply a 36 hole 26 inch rim that matched the others as closely as possible.
Have you tried contacting Schwinn for either a replacement part, or substitute part or the specifications of the wheel rim so you can source a replacement?
You could also try taking the bike to a local bike shop who may be able to help you source a replacement as well as do the replacing.
You need to get the rim diameter and width to match but more importantly you need to get the ERD to match. If this is wrong then you're spokes will be the wrong length.
This shows what ERD is and is taken from the DT swiss website:

Merged into one from General Cycling, C & V, and Road.
@OP- In the future, if you're unsure where to ask a question, do so in General Cycling (it will get moved to the more appropriate forum eventually).
