Sadly that was not the problem. The cable guide was pretty clean but I cleaned it out anyways. Pulling the shift levers is not hard at all, it's smooth and easy. The problem is shifting at the back is not accurate at all.

Haven't tried the "California Cross" yet because I need new cables for my FD.
