new Sturmey Archer RX-RC5 coaster hub clunking
Hi there.
i recently built up an RX-RC5 5-speed coaster brake hub and it started making a clunking noise when heavy braking pressure is applied. It sounds as though the brake shoes are hitting an edge inside the shell. I've experience this problem before on an S-RC3 hub and never understood it or found a solution.
The bike has steel fenders, so the sounds gets amplified a bit.
I've attached a video so you can hear the sound. This hub is brand new and ridden for about 2 weeks.

Light braking pressure doesn't make such a loud noise.
I searched google high and low and didn't find anything. This is my last resort before chasing up Sturmey Archer technical support.
thanks!
