Torque wrenches
I need to buy couple torque wrenches. One for bottom bracket, and another one for smaller bolts. I plan on going beam style torque wrench since they are a lot cheaper than click type. Would these two be good enough? Thanks!

If you are near a Sears, the Craftman 3/8" beam torque wrench often goes on sale for about $10-13. I use it for bottom brackets and crank bolts.
For smaller stuff I have a CDI Torqcontrol driver. I think that's the right name anyways. It takes standard 1/4" drive bits and adjustable from 2-8 newton meters. CDI is part of Snap-on and they make many other torque fastener tools. The back of the packaging has test values for the tool. I think it's good for up to 5000 clicks, after which the actual torque applied will be less than the set value. You can find it for about $40 from time to time.
