105 Shifter Compatible with Tiagra Derailleurs
I currently have Tiagra shifters and derailleurs on a road bike. Front is a triple and rear is 10 speed, derailleur has a 4601 part number.
I would like to replace my shifters with ones that have internal cables routing so they can be routed under the bar tape. My research indicates that the Shimano 105 shifters should work, but it seems that there are a number of variations, some that will only work with two chainrings, ect...
I think I want part number ST-5703. Can anyone confirm this? Or are there any other good options?
I appreciate the help!

The 5703 brifters will work fine with your 3x10 Tiagra deraillers. The Tiagra 3x10 brifters also have internal cable
routing FWIW (4703).

They have internal cable routing but the cable pull ratios are different, making them incompatible with an otherwise Tiagra 4603 drivetrain. The 'best' option would be 105 5703 brifters, although those aren't held in the highest regard for shifting performance. The changes Shimano made going to the 105 5800 series fixed all those issues, but Shimano dropped the triple option and again, those brifters are not compatible with Tiagra 4600/4603 derailleurs.
To the OP, for what little aesthetic gain you will see, I'd suggest leaving your cables and shifters as-is and enjoying your bike. Any swap will either be a downgrade in shifting performance or cost you more than its worth, IMO.
If you do insist on getting internal cable routing and like your triple, I'd suggest buying a complete Tiagra 4703 group from the UK and selling all of your 4603 components. Total out-of-pocket cost, assuming you do the install, should be under $200.

Thanks for the confirmation and suggestions. The reason I want to change the shifters is that I bought a handle bar bag and the derailleur cables run right into it.
I am curious about the 4703 group. Why do you suggest getting it from the UK? Price? The best price I have seen for new 105 shifters was about $150, so if I could replace it all for $200 that would be something to consider.

You may have to do some work to recover $124 from your used 4603 group (selling pieces individually) but you could do it. You could also reuse certain items (cassette and brakes for example) and sell the new 4703 parts for considerably more than your used parts.
