Mavic 851 derailleur parts

I just purchased a Vitus bicycle that is screaming for some Mavic parts, and the search is on for brakes and a front derailleur as well. I came across an 851 rear derailleur that is missing the upper mounting bolt and the pulley bolts as well. I wondered if anyone out there had any parts around or could provide a source.

I've seen some outrageous prices from Europe (partly because of the shipping cost) and would rather not go that route if I can help it!

Thanks in advance for any aid you can provide, and Happy New Year!

The replaceable parts plan collapsed when Mavic ceased Trying to make components .

So You have to seek out existing parts on the Action Site from collectors.

You have to go back there and find a complete one ..

IDK if Mavic USA has any thing in their warehouse, Maybe your favorite Pro Bike shop can Ask?

I think Mavic now sells only that way , no regional didtribuitor..

Put up a WTB ad in the C&V sale forum. You might (or might not) turn something up. Someone might have a crashed/damaged RD, they might want to get rid of for donor parts.

Heck I'd love to find a mavic RD; those things were great.

# 801 & 851 share the same parts , slight differences in finish (CD anodized Parts)

#840, 841 were slant pantograph,, 845 was a long cage VTT version..
