Relinking Chains?
Hello, I detached the chain from my bike, and now I want to link it back up again. Is there a tool or something I need to do this? I can't seem to get the pin to firmly go back into the hole.
When removing the chain, I didn't use a pin removal tool. I just used a hammer and a flat-head screwdriver and hammered away one of the links, so I tried to use some pliers to relink the chain to no success.

yeah you really need a chain remover tool to take it off and link it back up. when you took it off im assuming you knocked the rivet all the way out? in which case you will never get it back in. either buy a new chain or find a bike shop thatll give you a new rivet with a connecting pin attatched to it.
