Sirrus Bottom Bracket Creaking

I have a 2016 Sirrus Sport Disc. Bottom bracket started creaking after first month. LBS replaced under warranty at about 6 months. Now it is creaking again at 9 months. (now about 1,500 miles on bike)

What are my options for upgrading it? The spec sheet says Square Taper Cartridge Bearings.

Are you sure it's the BB? Creaking on bike can seem to come from one place when in fact it comes from somewhere completely different. Here are a short list of things to check/do.
  • Seat post hardware tightness
  • Grease seatpost
  • Saddle hardware tightness
  • Remove cranks/replace with a bit of grease on the spindle
  • Remove BB cups, but a bit of grease on the threads, replace
  • Switch pedals
  • Check bike for cracks (it's unfortunate but it happens.)
  • Make sure the BB is actually torqued down correctly.

Oh edit: For your actual question, all you need to know is the length of the spindle of your BB and BB width. The width will probably be 68 or 70 mm (most likely the former) and I can't find info on the spindle length. (It will be written on the BB itself.) Once you have those numbers, you can order many different types of BB from amazon or similar. I've always had good luck with the cheap shimano UN55 bottom brackets.)
