Help me understand my options (crank/BB replacement)

I have a stock 2009 Redline Conquest Pro which from my understanding has a MegaEXO BB and a FSA Gossamer crankset. The BB seems worn out and the chainrings in the crankset are pretty much shot. I'd like to replace the rear cogs with a shimano 10 speed 10-25 (something like the 6700).

What should I do in the front?

I was looking at the following for the BB - Shimano BBR60 Ultegra BSA Bottom Bracket.
Can I use any 110 BCD chainrings with the FSA Gossamer cranks?

I think there are subtleties to the BB that I am not understanding as well. Please help this newbie!

Thanks!

My previous bike came with that FSA crank and BB. It's Shimano HollowTech II compatible. I replaced worn chain rings with Shimano's and replaced the BB with whatever was the current Ultegra model (6600 or 6700). Just look for something that's HollowTech II compatible.
