    unnatural lean

I've been noticing lately that my mtn bike leans to the left. Or rather, when I ride no handed (this on the street) I notice that I have to consistently lean the frame left in order to track straight. Doesn't matter which way the road is graded - whether I'm riding on a flat surface, or graded right or left, the frame is not upright when riding in a straight line. ideas?

Well, bent frame, could be stays. The wheels are not straight. The wheels are not sitting straight in the fork and rear triangle. You got something that pulls your front wheel to one side, maybe cables. You forgot your pannier on one side

Could be a slight bend in the forks, front wheel's not dished quite right, might even be that your wheel isn't seated in the dropouts or one dropout is slightly higher than the other. I'd check to make sure the axle is seated in the dropouts first, then start looking at fork straightness and wheel true.

I used to have that problem until I started locating my package straight up and down.
