Stuck - cable routing question
Hi there,
I am building up a bike as a project (read: I don't really know what I am doing) and have come across a bit of a problem: The frame has head tube mounted gear cable stops, and it seems that any way I lay the cables, the front brake is going to foul the gear cables - see picture. http://www.katyscasas.com/files/bike1.jpg http://www.katyscasas.com/files/bike2.jpg I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. It is a bit of a cheapo frame but it must have been designed to work somehow. Any help would be much appreciated. cheers. |

Hi, I have tried hooking it up -- the handlebars won't turn left! The only thing I can thnik of using some other kind of brake caliper, but it seems to be a pretty standard design...
