Question on Anti-Seize Compounds and Titanium Frames

I'm building a titanium framed bike (described in the road cycling forum at this thread https://www.bikeforums.net/road-cycling/122367-titanium-frame-build-project-w-pictures.html) and I am unclear about the real importance of using anti-seize to prevent cold welding and which parts it needs to be used on. I was told by a LBS mechanic that the bottom bracket threads should be treated with the Teflon thread tape that plumbers use and that regular grease if fine on everything else. So, what's the real deal? Thanks!

I'd cut thru the BS and use Ti prep.

Same here. Although I admittedly go overkill and use Ti-Prep even on non-Ti parts simply because it's the only thread grease I have. I guess I like the copper colour.
