broken pedal clip
so i was fooling around outside the velodrome tonight trying some seated skids on my trackbike when all of a sudden my right foot came off the pedal. now the clip that holds in the back of the cleat is pushed back past the back of the pedal. i cant push it back at all. theyre wellgo r3 pedals. are the servicable? can i do anyhting about it?
