ID an "Outback" bike?

I've a 1970s-1980s (?) bike with an Easton aluminum frame. The down tube and seat tube have the logo "Outback." Was "Outback" the brand of this frame, or was it just another sponsor of the racing team that used this bike as a "team-issue" bike? Here's the item:
