Ultimate N00bie Help - Derailleur

I got my old bike out the shed today to give it some TLC after all these years.

However, i took the back wheel off and Derailleur and I really have no idea how to set it all back up.

Any, very simplified help, would be greatly appreciated. (Please, no technical terms as I do really have no idea )

Cheers!

Rich
