Bike Tune-Up Video???

My wife just bought me my first road bike...a Trek Pilot 5.9. I'm very excited. It is quite a bit lighter than my 28 lb hybrid!
I want to learn how to tune it up. I learn best by seeing and doing...not reading. What's a good tune-up video for a road bike?

I don't remember the author right now, but it's pretty good. Either go there or do a search on your libary's web site. You should find a few that you can borrow and decide if you want to buy it or not.

Good luck!

Tim Laflin (Branford Bike?) has apparently just released a tape for road bikes - he had some time ago for mountain bikes. See http://www.campyonly.com/ , bottom of the page.
