Airborne Zeppelin: Swapping out Alum Seatpost with Carbon Seat Post

Hello!
Got a great deal on an Airborne Zeppelin. I went ahead and swapped out the OEM Aluminum seatpost with a Specialized Pave Carbon seatpost. I did this before I paid, and told the tech not to install it (wouldn't fit in my car with seat).
There is anti-seize lubricant all over the inside of the seat tube. Common sense says I should clean it off thoroughly. Question, what type of cleaner should I use, and what's the best method for getting a rag down there and not getting it stuck.
Thanks guys. And thanks for all the replies from my recent posts too.

This has probably been covered already, do a search for degreaser or something. Just shove a rag down the tube all rolled up and spin it around.
