Are you looking for braze on or clamp on?

harris has the bolt on cable stops.

You can use indexed bar conn shifters

If you're looking for a clamp-on unit I see them occasionally on ebay.

I sold my old Eddy. before I sold it I removed the down tube shifters which are 8 speed Dura-ace. They are in excellent shape and I have all the parts. If this is what you are looking for send me a PM and I will take some pictures and send them to you.

Even if you find braze-on shifter bosses, you couldn't braze them to a Cannondale Al frame and the downtube is much too large for any clamp-on unit as these were pretty much made for "standard" size steel tubes.

I expect barcons are your most economical choice.
