Replacement pads for LX canti cartridges?

I'm using Shimano Deore LX cantilever brakes on my commuter/touring bike. It's getting to be about time to replace the brake pad inserts, but I can't find a model that will fit them. They are about 1/8" shorter than a standard V-brake pad insert.

Does anyone know off the top of their head where I can get replacement brake pads for these? Thanks!

http://www.biketiresdirect.com has great variety of Kool Stop and others at very acceptable prices.
Also, take a look at http://www.koolstop.com to view brake pad options.
