Tire Recommendation For Straight-side Rims

I have a set of Weinmann 700c straight side rims on my 1978 Raleigh Competition GS. The rims apear to be fairly lightweight, but I have a heck of a time keeping tires on them. The Michelin 700 X 25 Dynamic tires I've installed will blow off the rim even at the minimum pressure recommendation of 73 psi!

So, my question is: what tire is best suited for this straight-side rim?

Thank you,

Jason

Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Try some 700x28 or 32 with wire (not kevlar) beads.
