"adjustable spindle floating BB"

How do you adjust the chainline with this BB:

If I'm building up an internally geared road machine, then this would be just the thing -- right? I want to be able to get good chainline without a bunch of BB spindle length trial and error. Is there a better way?

It's not infinitely adjustable and you probably have to start with a crank that uses about that spindle length.

I don't know. I have an older Campy adj BB that doesn't have a fixed cup and is adjustable that way. I've never used it because I was afraid it would back out with a fixed cup.
