My WTB Velocaraptors have a marking on the side that points one direction for 'dry' and the other for 'wet' traction. Can't tell what tire you have there, but for the trails around here, I wouldn't worry too much with the way you have it there.

You should try it both ways and see if there is any difference. Turned the other way would be more aggresive, just from looking at the tread, but it might not matter.
