Vera Corsa Wheel OEM and Information

I recently purchase a 2015 Fuji Sportif 1.1 equipped with "Vera Corsa" 28H/32H, 700C wheels. I've tried to research these wheels to identify the front and rear wheel spoke lengths and design tensions for the rims for maintenance in the future and not been successful. I've seen some cryptic suggestions that they may be from Oval who supplied other components on this series of bike. However, there is no info from Oval that I've found that would confirm that.

In short, does anyone know the OEM of these Vera Corsa wheels or any information regarding spoke lengths and DS and NDS spoke tensions?

Thanks in advance for any information in this regard.

Since you have the wheels, why not pull a spoke off and measure?

I can do that but was hoping to avoid removal and disassembly of the wheels so soon after purchase. Also, there appears to be a large range in the spoke tensions in the as-shipped condition and, thus, the interest in the design tensions for the rims/spokes. Finally, I'm simply interested as to who the OEM is for these wheels since I can't find any reference on these wheels other than in the specs for various Fuji models. I'd be surprised to find that Fuji themselves made/built these wheels rather than outsourcing them from another third-party supplier. That would be nice to know if I ever damage and need to replace a rim or wheel. I'll inquire at the LBS also. Thanks.
