My bb went 68 to 73mm for the non ISCG bb mount.

Seeing as he had ESCG, I am taking a shot in the dark and guessing that, yes, in fact he did mean ISCG mounts! I know, my powers of deduction are impressive. You can get bolt on adapters that give you ISCG mounts the same way a E-type BB adapter works, where it sandwhiches between your BB and BB shell.
