Reynolds 531-Competition seat post diameter?

Does anyone know for sure if the seatpost size for Reynolds 531-Competition gauge tubing is 27.0 or 27.2? I don't have ID calipers to measure. Checked Sheldon's site, but the frame isn't listed (Croll).

I have a very accurate metal ruler with .5mm markings -- but my eyes just can't seem to make out the detail anymore.

It's the last item on my build up. I'm going to have to order one.

Thanks.
