An update and article

Hello,

I wanted to give an update and post the link to an article that appeared online about the accident.

The next hearing is scheduled for Febuary 6th. I know there are many of you who have written letters to the district attorney's office about the incident and if there are some who still want to here is the information to do so. We have been told it helps to show the respect and degree to which my dad was a part of the online cycling community.

Here is the link to send an e-mail:

DA18@da18.state.co.us

The physical address is:

CAROL CHAMBERS
DISTRICT ATTORNEY 18TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
DOUGLAS COUNTY - DISTRICT AND COUNTY COURT
4000 Justice Way, Suite 2250
Castle Rock, CO 80109-7570

We appreciate all the cards and e-mails expressing thoughts and prayers for our family. It is really starting to sink in the he is no longer with us, as it is begining to manifest in everyday little things...I still catch myself thinking I need to send this article to dad, he would get a kick out of it...or not getting his e-mails about some sort of mindless drivel.

Here is the link to an article written in one of the local papers my mom forwarded it to me...I wanted to share it.

Also if anyone posts on cyclingforums.com or roadbike review would it be possible for this post to be started over there as well......I know on cyclingforums you have to be part of a special group to post and I am not. I do not want any of those groups to not get the updates.

Thanks!

I'm a little hesitant to visit the mechanics forum any more. There are so many threads where I keep waiting for sydney to weigh in on the subject at hand, but he never does.... I'm still in denial, I guess.
