Mixing XTR Servo Wave brake components

I have 1991 xtr shift/brake components and I upgraded to SID front fork. The problem I have is that I no longer a have a boss for top pull brakes. My shifting mechanism is integrated with my Servo Wave brake levers. I believe I need side pull brake arms that will work with servo wave levers. I have read that it is not wise to mix the 2 to 1 arms with this type of brake lever, any suggestions? THANKS for the help!!

You can use old style levers with new high leverage (V-brake) brakes as long as you use a travel adapter such as the Travel Agent in line with the cable.
