New hubs buzzing/vibrating?

New hubs buzzing/vibrating?
I bought a lot of 5 front hubs off ebay, they are Shimano HB-RM40's, mostly to resell on ebay and boost my feedback. When I got the hubs I noticed if you spin them they vibrate and buzz a little bit. They all do this consistently and throughout the entire revolution. Is this bad? do the bearings need rebuilt or something?
