Cassette Hub Repair

I am getting some rough sounds from the freewheel part of the cassette hub so I suspect that the bearings are failing. Does anybody out there know of a good source for cassette hub repair information that I could use? I have repaired the old style hub freewheel bearings, but not a cassette type hub freewheel assembly.

Depends on the hub.

I'm sure that there are exceptions, but the more that I learn about boutique hubs, the better I like Shimano.
