Folding tires?

Can someone explain if folding tires are always tubulars or if there are folding clinchers as well? I know that kevlar clinchers are foldable, but on ebay when someone has a folding tire how can you tell which it is?

You would have to ask unless you are familiar with the model of tyre. There are folding clinchers.
