STI with dia compe 610 sidepulls
Can I make the move to STI and still use the existing 1987 dia compe side pull brakes on my Pug? Harris Cyclery has the 8 speed STI conversion kit with cables, stops, and brifters very reasonable.
Thanks,

Pretty much any sidepull (or centerpull or cantis for that matter) road brakes will work with STI levers. The only "mis-match" is with V-brakes so you should have no problems.
