Pedal Overhaul
I'd like to give my old Look arc pedals an overhaul and paint the body black while I'm at it. Any suggestions on where to start? Or better yet, the whole process? Park's site is pretty limited on this topic.
Thanks

I overhauled mine recently. There was really nothing to it. Although it looks like you need a special wrench to remove the spindle, I just used an adjustable wrench and it came apart. Be careful, one side (i think the left) is threaded lefty. I did not remove the rear entry spring mechanism and did not see how it would be possible on my pedals, but you might figure something out. Good luck

Thanks for the help. I read an older thread where someone took apart some welgo spd type pedals and repainted them. Looked like it turned out pretty well. Thanks again for the the heads up on the threading.
