Maybe it wasn't available on your side of the pond....

It's a gluegrease, (stringy, stick to everything, draws like melted mozerella) for BBs, headsets, hubs, etc...

Yeah, I'm not familiar with that brand name here but it sounds a lot like the fiborous, heavy body grease used in automotive and trailer wheel bearings. Possibly you can find the same product in an auto supply shop but under a different brand name.
