Does 8sp wheel work with 10sp cassette?

I have a Sora rearhub wheel that want to use it on my trainer. I was wondering if I can fit 10-speed cassette in. Anybody?

You will need a 10-speed shifter or be able to use whatever shifter you have in friction mode. You will also need a 10-speed chain.
