Can you be more specific? Do you want a vintage or modern groupset? What parts do you need? What is your price range?
If you want a modern groupset, GVHbikes.com and probikekit.com are the usual places that are relatively cheap.
Regardless, if you want it fast, it'll be expensive. If you're (extremely) patient, you can find good deals on craigslist/eBay/garage sales/swap meets.

Also, and most important, make sure you purchase the proper components. Newer 8, 9 and 10 speed cassettes will not fit older frames.
P.S. exactly what do you need and where do you live? I have some older (approx 15 years) campagnola derailers, brakes, brake levers, bars and downtube shifters.
I may also have available the bottom bracket, cranks and wheels (Campy hubs / mavic rims).
Let me know where you are. Maybe I can get them to you
