Hilarious. And I can relate. Two years ago I bought a chain whip, and afterwards had to go to class as a T.A. directly. So the students saw their teaching assistant carrying a chain whip into class.

I'll bet they really paid attention that day.

My chainwhip is made of a 25" steel MTB bar, with a length of 1/8" chain coming out a hole 5" from the end.

Want to have a chainwhip rumble?

I've read that NYC street gangs used to use bicycle chains (sometimes modified) for "rumbles" and such. A chain whip handle with a longer chain would be effective here.

i like this one. it's got slightly better balance than the park wrench, and a better grip, plus that sharp corner for when you really want to crack some skulls.
