Somethings wrong with the presta valve.

Earlier the air was low in my front tire so I go and get the co2. I turned the little knob, on the valve, up to open it. Then pf it came off along with the stick thing it was on. No air came out of the tire, so I guessed it was ok..
Then I pushed down on the center valve part where the piece came off of and all the air flew out really fast. Whew I thought I had slime in there and I was afraid it would go everywhere. What the heck happened? I haven't had time to examine it closely since the garage was like 100 in there, so it could be just some minor incident that maybe could be fixed without going to my lbs. Ill post pics later.:D

Sounds like the valve came apart, if I correctly understand your explanation. When you unsrew the tip, it is not supposed to come off, it should stay attached. If it comes off, you should just replace the tube.

And get yourself a decent floor pump. CO2 is meant for roadside emergency repairs, not pumping up your tire before a ride. If you use CO2 to repair a tire, it is usually recommended that you deflate it and refill with air later when you have the time.

Oh yeah when i use the handheld co2 thing, its really hard to get it off the valve. I usually have to jam it in every direction to remove it haha.

There you have your answer. Working the stem thingy back and forth will usually cause it to crack and break. I have ridden wheels with that missing but tubes are cheap.
