How to adjust shift levers...

Howdy Folks, I have an 06 Fuji Roubaix bicycle and the shift levers seem to travel quite a bit when changing gears. If someone could please chime in and clue me in on how to adjust the shift levers, I'd really be greatful.

I would like to adjust the shift lever so when I'm changing gears, my fingers don't have to travel as much as they do with my current set up. I guess I could bring the Fuji to the shop where I made the purchase, but I'd like to be able to learn to do it myself. The shift lever are Shimano Tiagra Flight Deck 9 speed...

Peace
TQ

There are no adjustments that can be made for this.
