Does anyone know what the size the handlebar is on the Giant OCR 3 2002 model is?

Assuming you are talking about clamp diameter,current standard(non oversize) is 25.8/26.0mm. I always measure to be sure.

The reason I was asking is because I am being offered a handlebar by someone that he says is a size 44 measured from c to c.

They may use different C-C on different size bikes. 44 is a bit wide.you have to know what you need.normal range is 40-44. Make sure clamp diameter is right.If it's an old bar it could be 25 0 to 26.4mm.
